São Paulo, June 2025 – For the seventh year, Eurofarma was a standout in the Best in ESG awards, promoted by Exame Magazine. The company was the only pharmaceutical firm highlighted in the category, which also includes beauty companies. This recognition reaffirms the company's continuous commitment to ESG best practices, one of the five priority dimensions that guide its medium-term global objectives and help focus routine and work plans. The company is the only representative of the pharmaceutical sector to reach this milestone in the awards, reinforcing its consistent performance and leadership on the subject.

The awards ceremony took place on Tuesday night, the 25th, in São Paulo, gathering representatives from companies that stood out for their sustainable initiatives.

"Our journey of sustainability and maturity was only accompanied by external recognition because, in 2008, when we created our First Master Plan, we linked ESG themes to the company's global strategic planning. With investment and performance indicators in social, environmental, and governance fronts, we managed to advance connected to the business in our operations both inside and outside the country. We defined goals that were rolled out to the entire company and took on public commitments based on our values and market best practices", says Maria del Pilar Muñoz, Vice President of Sustainability and New Business at Eurofarma.
